As a Mindful Life Transition Coach, I work with you to explore the present moment, identify your goals, and develop a plan for creating the life you want moving forward. Coaching is supportive and empowering, with an emphasis on action steps, mindset shifts, and mindfulness techniques to help you embrace change and take confident steps in your journey.

How can coaching help me through a major life transition?

I use mindfulness techniques to help you stay grounded while also providing practical strategies to move forward. Do you take clients residing outside of Washington State?

Absolutely! I am presently open to accepting clients throughout the United States and can conduct sessions virtually or by phone.

Do you work with couples? What about kids?

At the moment, I solely work with adult individuals.
